There are many ways to end a year. We quite like this one.
Instead of arriving at the end of the year having burnt the candle at both ends - working hard to tie up loose ends, saying yes to every festive invitation, shopping, cooking, organise and trying to fit it all in - what if you gave yourself a few days to fill your own cup? Wouldn't you like to end the year from a place of strength rather than exhaustion?
We invite you to four nights in a stunning natural location, gathering with good people to move our bodies, sing, laugh, nourish ourselves on all levels and reflect on the year that's been so that we can make space for what wants to emerge next.
